    \n\t\t\t\t\tIMR has been working with hygiene specialists to embrace the best practices for cleaning standards, which will be audited by the IMR Clinic Director daily to ensure compliance. Our volunteers and patients can have peace of mind as we address the public space and high-touch points in our clinics and utilize hospital-grade chemicals for daily pre-clinic and post-clinic cleaning at each site. The IMR Clinic Director will encourage more comprehensive cleaning protocols and take extra precautionary measures to avoid cross contamination.

    \n\t\t\t\t\tAll IMR volunteers and IMR ground staff will receive a thorough health screening upon entry into the country. Individuals displaying symptoms of illlness will be asked to seek immediate medical care and refrain from participation in team-related activities until symptoms have subsided. Those individuals may be asked to reconsider plans to participate, and IMR will help to arrange proper medical transport as well as new travel plans for those individuals.\n

    IMR volunteers wishing to have increased PPE are welcome to bring it and keep it in the donning\/doffing area.\u00a0 IMR volunteers are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer for personal use as well as sanitary wipes for personal devices and equipment.     • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tClinic setup will include a 20-foot boundary, and the patient entrance will be outside of this area. Only patients and guardians will be allowed within the boundary.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tClinic setup will include patient routing to minimize cross-traffic patterns with clear entry and exit points.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Staggering of these times will be at the discretion of IMR ground partners. Proper distancing between patients and patient flows will be encourage by IMR team.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tREGISTRATION AREA<\/b>: The Patient Registration area will include mandatory hand washing for all patients, mandatory face covering designation, and CLEAN PEN and USED PEN areas for patient registration.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll parties within the clinic area are required to wear a face covering or mask at all times.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Only patients (or patients under the age of 14 with a guardian) will be allowed inside at their scheduled time.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEach provider table or group must be limited to five or fewer total people and there will be no mixing between groups.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
      • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSAFE DISTANCING<\/b>: The IMR Clinic Director will reconfigure all clinic spaces to ensure safe facility distancing throughout the site. All individuals and groups must maintain safe distancing of at least six feet at all times.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
